What We Do
We perform an unbiased, mobile pre-purchase inspection to help you understand a vehicle’s true condition before you buy it. You’ll receive a clear, photo-rich report with plain-language findings and prioritized recommendations.
Typical checklist includes:
- Road test (as permitted by seller/insurer)
- Body & paint, frame/rust, glass & lights
- Interior wear, switches, seats
- Engine bay (leaks, noises, belts/hoses, fluids)
- Cooling, charging, and starting systems
- Suspension, steering, brakes, wheels/tires
- Undercarriage (if safe access is available)
- Vehicle computer scan & basic code interpretation
- Verification of VIN & visible safety labels
Outcome: We don’t “pass/fail” a car; we document its condition so you can negotiate or decide confidently.
How It Works
- Book Your Inspection
Once you’ve found a vehicle you’d like inspected, schedule an appointment for $200.
- Provide Vehicle Details
Share the seller or dealer’s contact information and the vehicle details with us. We’ll handle scheduling directly with the seller and then confirm the inspection time and location with you.
- Choose Your Involvement
You may attend the inspection in person, but it’s not required.
- Receive Your Report
After the inspection, you’ll receive a comprehensive report that includes:
- Inspection findings
- Photos
- A vehicle history report (bumper.com)
- Refunds & Cancellations
If we cannot contact the seller, the vehicle is sold before the inspection, or we are otherwise unable to perform the inspection, you’ll receive a full refund.
- Additional Vehicle Coverage
If you decide not to purchase the first vehicle, we will inspect up to three additional vehicles within 30 days at a reduced rate of $120 each.
- Report Accuracy Guarantee
If you discover an issue with the vehicle that was not noted in our report within 30 days of the inspection, we will issue a full refund. To verify the claim, we may need to reinspect the vehicle to confirm that the issue was either missed in the original inspection or that it did not develop after the inspection date.
